Direct to Film (DTF) is a printing method where designs and colors are first printed directly onto a film. This design is then easily transferred onto virtually any fabric—including cotton, polyester, and linen—using a quick 7- to 12-second heat press application.

The transfer process is highly flexible; you can use anything from an everyday household iron to an industrial-grade heat press (or any equipment in between). Regardless of the tool, the application is quick, requiring just a 7–12 second press to adhere to any fabric.

Our DTF & UV DTF transfers have been rigorously tested across numerous garments. They successfully pass stretch tests without cracking under reasonable tension and show minimal degradation even after 50+ wash cycles, thanks to our specialized process.

We have no minimum order quantity. Whether your needs are small (just one) or massive (up to 100,000), we can handle your order.

We offer sizes ranging from 2" x 2" to 24" x 20 feet".

For optimal results, please provide vector art whenever possible. If you must use raster images, they need to be high-resolution—at least 300 dpi. We prefer file formats like .AI, .PDF, and .EPS, but we also accept .JPG and .PNG.
